Obituary: Tim O’Connor, 65, Of Wallingford

WALLINGFORD, CT — (From West Haven Funeral Home): Tim O’Connor, 65, of Wallingford (formerly of West Haven), entered into rest on November 3, 2023 after a 10-year battle with cancer. He leaves his beloved wife Marianne Minnix O’Connor and son Sean; sister Eileen (O’Connor) Farrell and brother Daniel (Matthew Anderson) O’Connor.

He was predeceased by his parents Joseph and Anna Lane O’Connor and his brother Thomas.

At the time of his death, Tim was a supervisor-CAD operator at Chapin & Bangs Steel where he worked for over 40 years.

Throughout his life, family was his passion. Tim also loved hockey-coaching, watching, and playing. Tim played hockey for Quinnipiac, Notre Dame of Fairfield, and the Dinosaurs.
