Pickleball Court Project Moves Forward In Wallingford
Plans call for three tennis courts to be renovated into pickleball-only courts.
WALLINGFORD, CT — Plans to renovate the tennis courts at Harrison Park in Wallingford into pickleball-only courts are moving forward, according to the Record-Journal.
The Record-Journal reported that bidding for the project closes March 1 and the town wants the work completed by June 30.
The Town Council approved $60,000 for the project, which calls for the three tennis courts at Harrison Park on Cedar Lane to be converted into eight pickleball courts, according to the Record-Journal.
