Pig Rig BBQ Traded in Truck for Restaurant in Wallingford
Owners enjoying new home, promise expanded days and hours are coming soon.

If you’ve missed seeing the Pig Rig Roadside BBQ food truck on Route 5, it’s because they recently opened up a new restaurant.
Owner Dan Lanigan told the Meriden Record-Journal that changes in town regulations posed problems for the business and as a result, he decided to sell the truck and open a restaurant.
Lanigan and his partners have settled nicely into their new home at 950 Yale Avenue.
