Police Activity Reported On I-91 In Wallingford: UPDATE

UPDATE: The state Department of Transportation said the police activity has now been cleared on I-91 northbound between exits 12 and 13 in Wallingford. There has been no update about exactly what was the "police activity," but the highway is once again fully open.
