Raise a Glass for a Good Cause at Gaylord Hospital's Wine, Beer and Cordial Tasting

The community is invited to raise a glass for a good cause at the Wine, Beer and Cordial Tasting on Friday, May 6, 2016 at Gaylord Hospital in Wallingford, Conn.

The event will benefit the Elizabeth Birney Gagliardi Endowment Fund for Multiple Sclerosis and TBI, to provide equipment and care as well as financial assistance to patients.

The Wine, Beer and Cordial Tasting will be held on May 6, 2016 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. inside and on the outdoor patio (weather permitting) of the Brooker Building at Gaylord Hospital, 50 Gaylord Farm Road, Wallingford, CT. The event will feature locally made wine, beer and cordials from the event’s presenting sponsor Ives Road Wine and Spirits, a carving station, pasta station, dessert and coffee station and a raffle.

The annual Wine, Beer and Cordial Tasting has raised more than $100,000.00 for the Elizabeth Birney Gagliardi Endowment Fund for MS and TBI since the event’s inception in 2008. The fund has helped purchase iPads for speech therapy session, a scooter for a patient who lost mobility, wheelchair accessories, equipment for gait training, and much more.
