The Renaissance Club Celebrates 1 Year - Tag Sale, Potluck Dinner, Recovery Meetings
In May 2016, The Renaissance Club was formed and opened its doors at 68 Quinnipiac St in Wallingford after taking over the space from the former Dry Dock.
A year later, The Renaissance Club is celebrating the milestone with a few events.
Saturday June 10th – Charity Tag Sale 9 AM to 1 PM

Saturday June 17th – Anniversary Meeting
6 PM Potluck Dinner, 7 PM AA and NA Speakers, 8:30 Fellowship

For those not familiar with the Renaissance Club, it is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization aimed to provide a safe and nurturing environment for those in Recovery from any and all substances. The Club hosts more than a dozen separate 12 Step Meetings a week – with space and time to hold more (see below if interested)
Fellowship activities have included a Super Bowl Party, Game Nights, Movie Nights, Bon Fires, and soon Karaoke. All with one thing in common – no drugs, alcohol, or substances allowed.
Attendance at meetings is open to all in recovery and anyone with more than a month of sobriety is welcome to join as a member for a small monthly fee.
