Reps. Mushinsky/Kennedy Recognized For Protecting Environment
Legislators recognized as Environmental Champions by the Citizens Campaign for the Environment
Rep. Mary Mushinsky (D-Wallingford) was recognized, along with Senator Ted Kennedy, Jr., as Environmental Champions by the Citizens Campaign for the Environment, for their dedicated leadership on advancing the protection of Connecticut’s Health & Environment.
“This is a great honor to be recognized by this organization that is committed and supports the same issues that I do,” Rep. Mushinsky said. “One of the most important things we as legislators can do is to support measures that preserve and protect the environment for present and future generations.”
Rep. Mushinsky represents the 85th Assembly District in Wallingford and serves on the Environment, Finance, Revenue & Bonding and Higher Education and Employment Committees.
