Restaurant Featuring Steak, Craft Beer and Seafood to Open in Wallingford

A new restaurant featuring steak, seafood and craft beer is slated to open in Wallingford this fall, the Record Journal reports.

According to the paper, Brew and Steak Kings will be located in Tower Square Plaza at 600 N Colony Road.

Part-owner Matthew Bellard, who will serve as the restaurant’s chef along with his business partner Chris Liscio announced plans for the new restaurant in March, the paper reports. Food and drinks will come from either Connecticut, Boston or New York and 90 percent of the beers on tap will be craft beers.

The contractor completing construction is from the area and the furniture was made by a Cheshire-based company.
