Road Closure Update In Wallingford: Police

Police are advising residents of a road closure that will remain in effect for a bridge replacement project in Wallingford.

WALLINGFORD, CT — Police are advising residents of a road closure that will remain in effect until the spring for an ongoing bridge replacement project in Wallingford.

Northford Road, between Tyler Mill Road, and 600-feet east of the intersection of Northford Road, and Tyler Mill Road, will remain closed and traffic detoured, according to police.

Police said the closure/detour is anticipated to remain in place until May 30, 2024. The closure was originally expected to take place through November.
