Road Closures Announced For Jubilee Parade In Wallingford
Police are advising residents of several road closures and parking bans that will be in effect during the upcoming 350th (+2) Jubilee Parade

WALLINGFORD, CT — Police are advising residents of several road closures and parking bans that will be in effect due to the 350th (+2) Jubilee Parade that will take place on Saturday, June 18.
All of the affected roads will be closed until the parade is over, according to police.
Police said all roads are expected to be opened by around 4 p.m., except for South Main Street, which is expected to be opened by approximately 8 p.m.

PARKING RESTRICTIONS
All of the above roads will have parking restrictions, as posted.
ONE-WAY STREETS TURNED TWO-WAY STREETS
Fair Street - Parking will be prohibited. This will become a two-way street.
REOPENING OF THE ROADWAYS
Once the parade has completely passed by affected roadways, and they are free from pedestrian traffic, and it is safe to do so, the roadways will be re-opened.
Residents should plan accordingly to the schedule above and make the necessary arrangements for services such as visiting nurses/meals on wheels/etc. Once the roadways are closed, only emergency vehicles will be allowed. There will be no exceptions.
