Road Closures, Parking Bans Announced For Twilight Tunes In Wallingford
Police are advising motorists of road closures and parking bans that will be in effect for the town's Twilight Tunes Concert Series.

WALLINGFORD, CT — Police are advising motorists of road closures and parking bans that will be in effect for the town’s Twilight Tunes Concert Series.
The 2024 Twilight Tunes Concert Series, presented by the Wallingford Parks and Recreation Department, will take place on South Main Street on Wednesdays from July 10 to Aug. 14.
The following road closures and parking prohibitions will be in effect on the dates below to facilitate the concert series:

- South Main Street between its intersection with Prince Street and Center Street will be closed to all motor vehicles traffic and parking will be prohibited starting at 5 p.m. Parking will be prohibited fronting 50 South Main Street and the Post Office starting at 12 noon.
“Parking restrictions will be clearly posted in advance,” police wrote in a news release. “Please be reminded, vehicles parked in violation of the parking restrictions will be issued a parking ticket by police and be subject to tow.”
