Rooftop Restaurant Pitched In Wallingford
A developer is proposing to build a new rooftop restaurant, along with an apartment complex, in Wallingford: Report

WALLINGORD, CT — A developer is planning to build a restaurant café with a rooftop terrace on Center Street in Wallingford, according to the Meriden Record-Journal.
The Record-Journal reports the restaurant, which would have three levels, would be located at 361 Center behind the Post Office on South Main Street. The developer is also proposing to convert a nearby office building into an apartment complex with 22 one-bedroom apartments, according to the Record-Journal.
The Planning and Zoning Commission is expected to consider the proposal next month.
