Scam phone calls "American Police Officers Alliance"

Got a phone call from 860-716-0149 . A man talked and said he is calling for"American Police Officers Alliance" I support the police but I did not feel right about this call. I told the caller take my number off his list. If this was legitimate I don't know. There is a valid site for this alliance there also are sites saying some are scam calls.

Soon after that I got a call that offered me medical stuff called. Medical call 203-500-4661-A girl started talking I interrupted her but I believe it was a recorded call cause she just kept talking til the end than asked me if I was interested. I waited and said don't call me anymore. Who knows if they listen.

I usually don't answer the phone from numbers I don't know but I wanted to find out who is making these calls to me that I don't know and also don't leave messages and I also wanted to post it on line too so other people would know who is calling them.
