They want to keep you fit. What better way than to make fitness fun?
Activate Wallingford, a group dedicated to bringing people together to build a healthier community, sponsors Sing, Dance, Shout: A Night of Health and Entertainment, the first in a series of Live Well Wallingford events.
The festival of fitness takes place on November 3, 2012, from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Wallingford Senior Center, 238 Washington Street.
