WALLINGFORD, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Nolvin Diaz, 17, who has been missing from Wallingford since April 23, according to state police.
Diaz is 5-feet, 6-inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. There was no description available for the last clothes he was seen wearing.
