Two Wallingford Policemen & all that tried to help >Thank You 9-9-2016

Today around 4:30 PM I started having problems with my car which usually runs fine. I was really scared and called Mark my son-in-law. I told him what was happening. He did not know what was wrong but wanted me to let him know what was happening. I was near the Polish park on N Plains Industrial Rd. My car started having problems, when I stepped on the gas it would move only a little sometimes not at all. I tried to come home and the car would not move. A nice lady in a red car called to me and asked if I needed help. I told her my car would not move. She turned her car around and got out. She had long brown hair and a Cross on a chain around her neck and called to me near my window. Just then a police van with 2 policemen pulled up and asked if everything was okay and did I need help. The lady waved to me like she was glad the police were there. I explained to the 2 policemen that my car would not move. They were very kind. They asked if I had someone to tow my car. They called a tow truck for me because the garage I go to does not have a tow truck. They waited outside in this hot weather until the tow truck came. Ryan a man at the garage I go to gave me a ride home. So much kindness during a time of stress. The officer driving the Police van I think his name was Brian or Ryan was so kind along with Officer Esposito. They were patient, professional, friendly and helpful. I want to thank them and also the lady in the red car with the Cross on her necklace and Ryan who gave me a ride home and also Mark for trying to help. God bless you all.
