Favorites and New Features at the Walk for Autism! Food Trucks are Back for 2016!
Not only food trucks, but our great raffle baskets, Lego activity tent, arts & artists, bounce houses, obstacle course, face painting, and a wonderful new addition - a nail polish truck - just to name a few activities that will be available! The Walk route is also brimming with music and activity - the Bubble Wrap Stomp area is back, bigger and better than ever! Join us May 1st for all the fun!

Spring Boot Camp "Transition:OMG!"Popular Training Program Comes to South Windsor
Boot Camp "Transition OMG!" provides an intensive, four session overview to guide those helping ASD students to make that leap from teen to adult! Schedule-friendly, non-consecutive Saturday morning sessions begin May 14th. Registration is required for this free training; thanks to a grant from SBM Charitable Foundation and sponsored by SWAN Parenting Programs at South Windsor Youth and Family Services. Traditional support-style groups meet monthly at our Wallingford office. Men’s, Women’s groups for ages mid-20’s to mid-30’s, and a Mixed Adults Group, 35 years and up (includes marrieds!). Contact for more information and placement!
