Wallingford 10U All-Stars Win District 5 Championship

WALLINGFORD, CT — The Wallingford 10U All-Star team won the District 5 championship with a 9-4 victory over Berlin on Wednesday night.

Wallingford advances to the Sectional round of the state tournament, where it will face the District 3 and District 6 champions.

Wallingford will play on July 20 and July 21 in the sectional tournament. Both games are at 7 p.m. at the Terryville Little League, 253 South Eagle St. in Terryville.

If the team qualifies, the Sectional championship is on July 22.

Wallingford will head to the final state bracket if it wins the Sectional tournament.
