The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Brian K. Gartner, 52, of East Main St., Meriden, was arrested Dec. 8 on charges of drinking while driving, operating motor vehicle without a license, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, misuse of plates and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Derrick A. Gniewek IV, 45, of Cornwall Ave., Cheshire, was arrested Dec. 8 on a charge of violating a protective order.

Paul R. Tomasello, 41, of Montowese Trail, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 8 on two counts of possession of narcotics and one count each of sale of hallucinogen/narcotic and drug paraphernalia.

Leroy G. Earl, 53, of Hanover Ave., Meriden, was arrested Dec. 9 on a charge of public indecency.

Nathan J. Fahs, 32, of Wyndemere Court, Cheshire, was arrested Dec. 9 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, failure to drive in proper lane and operating under suspension.

Noe Martinez, 42, of Franklin St., Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 10 on charges of second-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree strangulation and third-degree assault.

Mahagany Bivens, 27, of Kensington St., New Haven, was arrested Dec. 11 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.

Krista M. Pellerin, 34, of Sunset Terrace, Middletown, was arrested Dec. 11 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.

Timothy McKiver, 30, of Blake St., New Haven, was arrested Dec. 11 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.

Michael A. Vandermaelen, 44, of Church St., Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 12 on a charge of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Heidi M. Ricci, 49, of Quinnipiac St., Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 12 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny.

John J. Mitchell, 55, of Center St., Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 12 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Joseph P. Spezzano III, 40, of Totoket Rd., Northford, was arrested Dec. 13 on charges of failure to drive right, engaging police in pursuit, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension – alcohol, failure to obey control signal, failure to drive in proper lane, reckless driving, speeding, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, mutilated/illegible/lost/improper attachment – plates, misuse of plates and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Scott T. Sawicki, 54, of Sunny Acres, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 16 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and operating motor vehicle using hand-held mobile phone.

Joe F. Lane, 41, of South Elm St., Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 16 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.

Sheri L. Deyo, 41, of South Elm St., Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 16 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.

Julie Marron, 70, of Main St., Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 17 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.

Gerald J. Marron Jr., 51, of Main St., Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 17 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.

Cyril A. Jack, 66, of Hemingway Ave., East Haven, was arrested Dec. 17 on charges of third-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny.

Shamiki Noland, 29, of Enfield St., Hartford, was arrested Dec. 17 on a charge of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
