Wallingford Car Dealership To Be Demolished For New Facility: Report
The existing car dealership will be demolished for a new state-of-the-art facility in a plan approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The existing Executive Kia dealership on Route 5 in Wallingford will be demolished for a new “state-of-the-art” facility in a plan that was unanimously approved by the Wallingford Planning and Zoning Commission on Wednesday night, according to the Hartford Business Journal.
The Hartford Business Journal reports plans call for the 11,000-square-foot building to be demolished and replaced with a 24,000-square-foot structure.
The plan allows for the dealership and service bays to remain open during the demolition and construction, according to the Hartford Business Journal.
