Wallingford Car Dealership Sued By Credit Union: Report
The car dealership has denied the allegations in the lawsuit.

WALLINGFORD, CT — Connex Credit Union is suing the Barberino car dealership in Wallingford for damages on claims that it violated a $780,000 settlement agreement with the credit union that was reached in 2015, according to the Meriden Record-Journal.
The Record-Journal reports that Connex claims in a lawsuit that Barberino has violated the settlement agreement by continuing to tell customers to “return their keys and cars to Connex during the term of their loan.”
An attorney representing Barberino has denied the allegations, according to the Record-Journal.
