Wallingford Cops Bust Man Who Led Officers on a Chase and Threw Canned Meat at Them: Report
The suspect was arrested on a warrant in connection with the October incident.

WALLINGFORD, CT — A 34-year-old Bristol man was arrested on a warrant on charges that he led Wallingford police on a high-speed chase and threw cans of meat at officers during the pursuit, reports the Meriden Record-Journal.
The incident occurred on Oct. 13 when Michael Lowery led police on a two and a half mile chase after he was seen pulling out of a Rite Aid pharmacy on North Colony Road at a high rate of speed. During the chase he threw canned meat out of his car at the cops chasing him.
Lowery was charged with interfering with police, reckless driving and other related violations, and he is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 14.
