The single biggest issue in town is ______, and I plan to do this about it:
Continuing to provide essential services while maintaining stable taxes.
Critical differences between me and my opponents:
As a result of the pandemic lockdown, I arranged for and conducted the town council meetings via a zoom platform.
Accomplishments:
During my 12 years on the council, I have spent the past four terms as chairman, having been elected vice-chairman in my second term. I have steered the council through some very difficult meetings and issues, including lengthy virtual meetings.
Other issues:
Difficult decisions, like the purchase of the 3M building for future police station and supporting the hosting agreement for data centers to come to town will have an immediate and future impact on the town.
What else would you like voters to know about you?
I have participated in significant decisions which will have a positive impact on Wallingford for many years beyond my lifetime.
