Wallingford Fire Department Mourns the Loss of a Firefighter

"It is with deep sadness that Local 1326 reports the passing of Firefighter Annie Lagerstrom, after a courageous battle with cancer. At this time her family requests privacy to finalize all arraignments. Details will be made available once confirmed."

The Guilford Fire Union wrote, "Our thoughts and prayers go out to all the members of Wallingford Fire Department IAFF Local 1326 and the family of Firefighter/Paramedic Annie Lagerstrom who lost her tough battle with cancer. Annie was a long time EMS provider and Firefighter in the region and made a lasting impact on all the communities she served. She will be missed by all!"
