Wallingford Furniture Store To Close
The store will close by the end of the year after 25 years in business.

Furniture Solutions in Wallingford will close its doors after 25 years in business by the end of the year, according to the Meriden Record-Journal.
Owner Uriah DeCarlo told the Record-Journal that people’s buying habits have changed and it has impacted the business.
The store specializes in solid wood, both finished and unfinished, custom furniture that is generally more expensive than what the larger retailers are able to import.

The store is located at 857 N. Main St. Extension and is selling merchandise at discounted prices through Dec. 31.
Furniture Solutions is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesdays and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
