Wallingford Man Accidentally Shoots Himself at Home

The man was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.

Wallingford’s Martin Murray, 26, was hospitalized after accidentally shooting himself in the leg at his Pine Street home Wednesday afternoon, according to NBC Connecticut.

NBC reports Murray called 911 himself and told dispatchers that he shot himself with a .22-caliber revolver.

Murray sustained entry and exit wounds to his upper thigh on his left leg, according to the Meriden Record-Journal.
