The woman found the man lying in the middle of the road, apparently choking, before he hijacked her car in a wild scene in New Jersey.

A Wallingford man is accused of carjacking a Mercedes Benz and stealing a police cruiser following a wild scene that resembled something out of a movie Sunday afternoon in Bergen County, New Jersey.
The Cliff View Pilot reports it all began around 3:45 p.m. when a woman was driving her two children, an 11-year-old boy and a 13-year-old girl, in her Mercedes Benz and found Sereymanta Kong, 22, lying in the middle of the road while holding a water bottle and he appeared to be choking.
The woman stopped the car and grabbed her cell phone to call 911 and got out of the car to check to see if Kong was OK, but he suddenly got up and ran toward the car, according to the Cliff View Pilot.
