Wallingford Man Charged with Heroin Possession
The man, who was arrested after a traffic stop, allegedly was in possession of 30 bags of heroin.

A traffic stop led to the arrest of a Wallingford man, who police said was in the possession of 30 bags of heroin, according to the Meriden Record-Journal.
The Record-Journal reports Steven Vincent, 23, of 20 Eaton Drive, was arrested on Friday night after he was stopped for allegedly speeding and making unsafe turns.
Police believe Vincent intended to sell the heroin, according to the Record-Journal.
