Wallingford Man Charged with Pointing Rifle at 13-Year-old During Dispute Over Video Game: Report
The man's 23-year-old son also faces charges for allegedly tampering with evidence and interfering with police.
WALLINGFORD, CT — Francisco Ocasio, 45, is accused of pointing a rifle at a 13-year-old during a dispute over a TV and video game console, according to the Meriden Record-Journal.
The Record-Journal reports Ocasio, of 56 Wharton Brook Drive, was arrested following Wednesday night’s incident and his 23-year-old son, Angel Ocasio, also faces charges.
Angel Ocasio allegedly left the scene with the rifle, after his father told him to get rid of it, and refused to tell police where he took it, according to the Record-Journal.
