Wallingford Man Found Passed Out Behind Wheel, In Possession Of Heroin: North Haven Police
Police say the man was found to be in the possession of heroin, marijuana and drug paraphernalia in North Haven.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — A Wallingford man was arrested on drug charges after police say he was found passed out behind the wheel of his car and was in possession of heroin, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Shortly after midnight on July 2, North Haven police officers found a man passed out behind the wheel of his black Fiat in the driveway of a commuter parking lot on Hartford Turnpike.
Officers met with the driver, 46-year-old Michael Lombardi-Roberts of Wallingford, according to police. (To sign up for Wallingford breaking news alerts and more, click here.)
Police said the investigation revealed Lombardi-Roberts was in possession of 62.5 grams of heroin, a small amount of marijuana, a scale, and packaging material.

Lombardi-Roberts was taken into custody and charged with the narcotics violations. He was held on a $10,000 bond and is scheduled to be arraigned in Meriden Superior Court on July 13.
