Wallingford Man Recovers From Coronavirus: Report
The father of three, who has worked as a police officer and EMT, is learning how to walk again after a six-week battle with coronavirus.

WALLINGFORD, CT — A Wallingford man was released from Yale-New Haven Hospital this week and is on the road to recovery after a six-week battle with the new coronavirus, according to WTNH News 8.
WTNH reports Leonard Guercia, who has worked as a police officer and EMT, was taken to Gaylord Hospital where he will learn to walk again. Guercia, a father of three, was on a ventilator for 18 days.
