Wallingford Man Sues Southington Cadillac Ranch After Mechanical Bull Injury

The man is seeking damages after suffering back and other injuries, according to a lawsuit.

A man who visited the Cadillac Ranch Restaurant in 2013 and fell off a mechanical bull is now suing the restaurant.

Steven Saleski of Wallingford visited the restaurant in July 2013 and rode the mechanical bull ”Old Thunder,” according to the lawsuit.

He was thrown from the bull and sustained displaced fractures on two vertebrae, an injury to his vertebral artery and neck pain, according to the suit.

The suit also claims that the area around the bull wasn’t padded enough, the bull was too close to the wall and that the bull operators weren’t properly trained.

He is seeking unspecified damages and has cited loss of wages and wage earning potential.

The restaurant manager declined to comment, according to NBC Connecticut.
