Wallingford Planning & Zoning Commission Make Decision on New Winery Regs

But not before hours of public comments at Monday night's hearing.

WALLINGFORD, CT - The Planning and Zoning Commission Monday decided to temporarily punt on proposed changes to town's winery regulations, tabling the matter to its May 9 meeting.

The Record-Journal reports that before the group decided to postpone its decision, commissioners heard hours of public comments both for and against the proposed changes.

Among the recommended changes include allowing wineries, such as Paradise Hills Vineyard which made the proposals, to hold more events and serve prepackaged food items.
