Wallingford Police Arrests Include Assault, Disorderly Conduct Charges

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Jacob Pavitt, 20, of Arlington Street North, Meriden, was arrested Nov. 1 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, drug paraphernalia, possession of less than ½ ounce controlled substance and defective windshield or wipers.

Kenneth Hurlburt, 60, of New Rock Hill Rd., Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 1 on a charge of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Robert Farrell, 38, of Messina Drive, East Haven, was arrested Nov. 1 on charges of interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, operating with unsecured load, making an improper turn, engaging in pursuit, reckless driving, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, failure to carry license, misuse of plates and operating unregistered motor vehicle.

Ryan Gurga, 24, of Tulip Drive, Meriden, was arrested Nov. 2 on charges of carrying/sale of dangerous weapons, operating motorcycle without endorsement, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension – alcohol, failure to obey stop sign and traveling unreasonably fast.

Christian Perry, 28, of Wayne Lane, Meriden, was arrested Nov. 3 on two counts of sale of hallucinogen / narcotic and two counts of possession of narcotics.

Justin Michalski, 34, of South Main Street, Middletown, was arrested Nov. 3 on charges of third-degree criminal trespass, criminal attempt to commit fifth-degree larceny and evading responsibility.

Raymond Akoury, 65, of Peck Street, North Haven, was arrested Nov. 3 on charges of second-degree forgery, issuing a bad check and fourth-degree larceny.

Amber Beaty, 26, of N. England Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 3 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.

Anthony Szymanski, 20, of Johana Circle, Southington, was arrested Nov. 3 on charges of possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, use/possession drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana, excessive fumes or exhaust smoke and failure to meet minimum insurance requirements.

Chris Blakely, 27, of Alison Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 4 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.

Darryl Pervis II, 28, of Cedar Street, Meriden, was arrested Nov. 4 on charges of possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, use/possession drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana, operating under suspension, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, failure to display plates/sticker-improper location of sticker, misuse of plates and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Anthony Maltese, 34, of Harrington Avenue, New Haven, was arrested Nov. 4 on charges of possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia.

Christian Enrique Calle, 25, of Church Street, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 5 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Susan M. Guzman Ramirez, 28, of Church Street, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 5 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Yeriel Vargas, 25, of Foster Street, Meriden, was arrested Nov. 5 on charges of possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, operating under suspension, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Abdullah Almarri, 29, of Terrace Avenue, West Haven, was arrested Nov. 6 on charges of possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, use/possession drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana, operating motor vehicle without a license, operating under suspension, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, failure to display plates/sticker – improper location of sticker, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and transportation of child 6 years or less than 60 pounds without restraint.

David Harris, 39, of Meadow Street, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 7 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Michael Parodi, 33, of Cook Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Nov. 7 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny – shoplifting.

Matthew Debaise, 43, of New Rock Hill Road, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 7 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Alejandro Dadario, 65, of State Street, New Haven, was arrested Nov. 8 on a charge of first-degree larceny by ongoing scheme.

Carmen Leon, 50, of Pomeroy Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Nov. 9 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny – shoplifting.

Devin Cruz, 20, of Cooper Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 9 on charges of third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.
