Wallingford Police Arrests Include Charges of Sexual Assault, DUI

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

• Robert Thomas Holcomb Jr., 55, of 15 Norman Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested July 30 on charges of second-degree threatening, third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and operating under suspension.
• Andrew Penna, 27, of 17 Ridgefield Road, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 1 on charges of third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.
• Jacqueline Saurez, 45, of Peekskill, was arrested Aug. 1 on a charge of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
• Jeffrey Krahling, 49, of 94 Summer Hill Road, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 2 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive in proper lance, multiple lane highway.
• John Ciotto, 55, of 218 South Main Street, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 1 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to have lights lit and devices illuminated.
• Luis Angel Duenas Reyes, 32, of 143 North Colony Road, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 2 on charges of fourth-degree sexual assault and second-degree breach of peace.
• Rhonda Marie Labanca, 45, of 28 Sigwin Circle, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 3 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.
• Tina Delucia, 28, of 111 Fair Street, Wallingford, was arrested July 31 on charges of possession of narcotics and failure to obey stop sign.
• William Flores, of 78 Linsley Street, Meriden, was arrested Aug. 3 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.
• Adam Whicker, 29, of 2 Osage Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 1 on charges of weapons in a motor vehicle, suspended registration, operating with, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements and failure to wear seat safety belt in front seat.
• Arturo Dominquez, 31, of 146 North Orchard Street, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 3 on charges of third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and interfering with officer/resisting arrest.
• Nicholas Russo, 22, of 239 Cook Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Aug. 4 on charges of interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, criminal impersonation, weapons in a motor vehicle, operating motor vehicle without a license, and violation of all regulations under 14-298.
• Rashod Akeem Newton, 22, of 71 Tremper Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Aug. 4 on charges of third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.
• Kristen Crane, 42, of 39 Sigwin Drive, was arrested Aug. 4 on charges of insurance fraud, possession of narcotics and obtaining controlled drug-fraud.
• Earl Kearson, 50, of 130 Willmont Road, New Haven, was arrested Aug. 5 on charges of insurance fraud, second-degree forgery, possession of narcotics and illegally obtaining drugs-second doctor.
• William Flores, 25, of 78 Linsley Street, Meriden, was arrested Aug. 6 on charges of disorderly conduct and simple trespass.
