Wallingford Police Arrests Include Operating a Drug Factory, DUI, Larceny Charges
Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department.

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
- Sabrina Valeria Villagara was arrested March 11 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.
- Valerie Poland was arrested March 11 on charges of drug paraphernalia, possession of a hallucinogen more than 4 ounces, possession of narcotics, operating a motor vehicle using hand-held mobile telephone (first offense), operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, and operating under suspension.
- Elynn M. Artkop, of 12 Maple Avenue, was arrested March 11 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.
- Alan J. Mitchell, of Meriden, was arrested March 11 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.
- Mario Yepez, of 60 School House Road, was arrested March 15 on a charge of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive right.
- David M. Jordan, of Main Street, was arrested March 18 on charges of possession of a hallucinogen/more than 4 ounces of marijuana, operation of a drug factory and sale of a controlled substance.
- Dante Giuliano, of Main Street, was arrested March 18 on charges of possession of a hallucinogen/more than 4 ounces of marijuana, operation of a drug factory and sale of a controlled substance.
- Brittany Bryant, of Meriden, was arrested March 18 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to wear seat belt in front seat.
- Craig Harlow, of East Haven, was arrested March 20 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance/ ½ to less than 4 ounces of marijuana.
- David G. Letourneau, of Durham Road, was arrested March 20 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.
- Michael Hickman, of Meriden, was arrested March 21 on charges of possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, failure to have lights lit and devices illuminated and operating a motor vehicle without a license sub offense.
- Jennifer E. Melchiore, of Northford, was arrested March 21 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.
- David Patrick Locklear, of 7 South Street, was arrested March 22 on a charge of criminal violation of protective order: non-threatening.
- Brian A. Knighton, of Hartford, was arrested March 22 on charges of disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and interfering with an emergency call.
- Moises Dominguez-Villagomez, of 113 South Cherry Street, was arrested March 23 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive right except wide load.
- Louis A. Ferri Jr., of 32 Simpson Avenue, was arrested March 24 on a charge of second-degree reporting a false incident.
- Richard Brown, of West Haven, was arrested March 24 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.
- Carl Arnold Nelson Jr., of Meriden, was arrested March 24 on two counts of interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and criminal impersonation and one count of operating under suspension. In another arrest, Nelson was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny shoplifting.
- Michael A. Gavrish, of 25 North Plains Highway, was arrested March 24 on charges of drug paraphernalia, sale of hallucinogen/narcotic, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance/ ½ to less than 4 ounces of marijuana, and possession of narcotics.
