Wallingford Police Arrests Include Reckless Endangerment

Police Blotter: Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Alexis Beene, 20, of Wellington Rd., New Haven, was arrested Jan. 10 on charges of possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, use/possession of drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana, failure to obey stop sign, operating under suspension and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Juan Diaz, 33, of Mohawk Drive, West Haven, was arrested Jan. 10 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive right.

Kyle Jackson, 30, of Putnum St., New Haven, was arrested Jan. 11 on charges of possession of less than ½ ounce of controlled substance, operating under suspension, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements and failure to display plates/sticker-improper location.

Michael Anthony Watson Jr., 23, of Broad St., Meriden, was arrested Jan. 11 on charges of second-degree reckless endangerment, two counts of third-degree criminal mischief and one count each of reckless driving, evading responsibility and operating without a license.

Michael Lowery, 34, of Stafford St., Bristol, was arrested Jan. 11 on charges of speeding, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, engaging in pursuit and reckless driving.

Eric Gannon, 54, of Bassett Rd., North Haven, was arrested Jan. 12 on a charge of drinking while driving.

Blanca Quinones, 45, of Knollwood Circle, Waterbury, was arrested Jan. 13 on 15 counts of first-degree forgery and one count of fifth-degree larceny.

Adam Walker, 38, of Elm St., Meriden, was arrested Jan. 13 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to obey control signal.

Kenute Walker, 27, of Bronx, N.Y., was arrested Jan. 13 on charges of criminal attempt: unauthorized possession of controlled substance, second-degree forgery and illegal issue false prescription.

Starasia Jones, 26, of Bronx, N.Y., was arrested Jan. 13 on charges of criminal impersonation, operating without a license and misuse of plates.

Michael Kruglik, 36, of Maple Ave., Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 13 on charges of second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace.

Shannon Green, 35, of Summer Hill Rd., Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 13 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Marcelo Moutinho, 43, of North Farms Rd., Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 14 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and driving wrong way on one-way highway.

Roger Conroy, 36, of Dewey Ave., Milford, was arrested Jan. 14 on a charge of operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Debra Oberdick, 33, of South Whittlesey Ave., Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 15 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

James Jensen Jr., 33, of South Whittlesey Ave., Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 15 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

William Favian Cando-Nieto, 24, of Hosford St., Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 15 on charges of first-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and evading responsibility.

Jarrod Hastings, 36, of Center St., Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 16 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.

Kimberly Bowen, 33, of Fairlawn Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 18 on charges of possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, use/possession drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana, failure to drive in proper lane and three counts of possession of controlled substance ½ ounce to less than 4 ounce of marijuana.

Taylor Kroeber, 29, of Crisci Place, East Haven, was arrested Jan. 18 on two counts of sixth-degree larceny and one count of second-degree forgery.

David Jaros, 23, of Meetinghouse Village St., Meriden, was arrested Jan. 19 on charges of illegal sale fireworks without permit, possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, use/possession drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana, operating motor vehicle with tint/darkened windows without tinting sticker, traveling unreasonably fast and failure to display plates/sticker-improper location.

Elizabeth Conway, 43, of Coe Ave., East Haven, was arrested Jan. 20 on charges of drug paraphernalia, risk of injury to child, possession of narcotics, improper use hand-held cellphone and operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Kimberly Bowen, 33, of Fairlawn Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 21 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny.

Kimberly Gamble-Perugini, 48, of White Birch Drive, Waterbury, was arrested Jan. 21 on charges of first-degree reckless endangerment, first-degree damage railroad property and operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Matthew R. Ildefonso, 26, of South Elm St., Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 22 on charges of second-degree strangulation, second-degree breach of peace, failure to display reflectorized plate and failure to meet minimum insurance requirements.

Neil Monroe, 51, was arrested Jan. 22 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, assault on a public safety/EMT/ officer, third-degree criminal mischief and three counts of interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

Semaj Grier, 18, of Ferry St., New Haven, was arrested Jan. 22 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny-shoplifting.

Maria Salinas-Deluna, 47, of New Hanover St., Meriden, was arrested Jan. 23 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny-shoplifting.

Melaina M. Ventura, 23, of Spring St., Middletown, was arrested Jan. 23 on charges of sixth-degree larceny-shoplifting and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny-shoplifting.

Monica S. Ventura, 20, of Spring St., Middletown, was arrested Jan. 23 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Sarai Ventura, 36, of Connell Drive, Jonesboro, was arrested Jan. 23 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.
