Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Wilson H. Jara, 51, of North Branford, was arrested Feb. 17 on charges of risk of injury to child and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of May 10, according to state judicial records.

Jorge Astudillo-Orellana, 35, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 17 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on May 4.

Francis D. Gill, 43, of Meriden, was arrested Feb. 19 on charges of criminal attempt at third-degree larceny and fifth-degree larceny. He was additionally charged with third-degree larceny. He was released after posting bonds totaling $5,000 with a court date of May 5.
Jeffrey W. Casey, 41, of Cheshire, was arrested Feb. 20 on a charge of criminal violation of restraining order. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond.
Manuel A. Duque, 66, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 21 on charges of violation of protective order and criminal violation of restraining order. He was being held in lieu of a $7,500 bond with a court date of April 27.
Terrance D. Todd, 32, of New Haven, was arrested Feb. 22 on charges of reckless driving, evading responsibility death and interfering with officer/resisting. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of April 5.
David J. Balek, 44, of Waterbury, was arrested Feb. 23 on charges of fifth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. He was being held in lieu of a $5,000 bond with a court date of April 7.
Cesar Navarro, 38, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 23 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 6.
Jason Canto, 44, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 24 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 7.
Michael J. Canto, 40, of Wallingford, was arrested on charges of second-degree preach of peace and second-degree threatening.
Edgardo J. Colon-Rosa, 31, of Meriden, was arrested Feb. 24 on charges of first-degree robbery, third-degree robbery, conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny. He was held in lieu of a $250,000 bond with a court date of April 6.
