Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Daniel J. Fugate, 40, of Waterford, was arrested March 5 on charges of sixth-degree larceny, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 8, according to state judicial records.
Christopher D. Blum, 45, of Cromwell, was arrested March 5 on a charge of violation of probation. He was released after posting a $15,000 bond with a court date of April 28.

Angel R. Muniz, 30, of Bridgeport, was arrested March 6 on a charge of violation of probation. He was released after posting a $100,000 bond with a court date of April 1.
Quince Bennett-Campbell, 28, of New Haven, was arrested March 7 on charges of sale of narcotic substance and possession of controlled substance – first offense. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of May 10.

Raquel L. Quesada, 34, of Wallingford, was arrested March 7 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of April 19.
Jeffrey W. Casey, 41, of Cheshire, was arrested March 8 on a charge of violating a standard criminal protective order. He was additionally charged with reckless driving, evading responsibility, operating under suspension – alcohol, use of motor vehicle without permission and failure to drive upon right. He was released on a promise to appear in court on May 19.
Mario Cruz, 22, of Meriden, was arrested March 8 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 19.
Dereyk N. Grant, 42, of New Haven, was arrested March 8 on a charge of violation of probation. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of May 3.
James Hill, 44, of New Haven, was arrested March 10 on two counts of third-degree larceny, two counts of conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, fourth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny and third-degree robbery. He was being held in lieu of a $1,000 bond with a court date of May 27.
Roger J. Duclos, 62, of Wallingford, was arrested March 10 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, evading responsibility – injury/property damage, failure to drive in proper lane, failure to drive upon right. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of April 12.
Tyler K. Liversidge, 32, of Wallingford, was arrested March 11 on a charge of second-degree threatening. He was released on a promise to appear in court on May 19.
Andrew L. Poulin, 60, of North Haven, was arrested March 11 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of April 19.
Gary F. Beckford, 64, of New Haven, was arrested March 11 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 18.
Skyler Smith, 36, of Wallingford, was arrested March 11 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, improper use -marker/license/registration, operating without insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of April 28.
