Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Osiel Cid, 24, of New Britain, was arrested March 23 on a charge of third-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of June 6, according to state judicial records.

Michael A. Nolan, 54, of Wallingford, was arrested March 25 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of June 2.

Danielle M. Rusate, 38, of Wallingford, was arrested March 26 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on June 2.

Vanessa Torres, 36, of Meriden, was arrested March 26 on a charge of violation of probation. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of May 17.

Jeffrey M. McNicholas, 39, of Wallingford, was arrested March 27 on a charge of third-degree criminal mischief. He was released on a promise to appear in court on May 26.

Ricky Bossie, 60, of Wallingford, was arrested March 28 on a charge of violation of probation. He was released after posting a$10,000 bond with a court date of May 9.

Jason A. Pappas, 42, of Wallingford, was arrested March 29 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of June 9.

Darien Jai Perez, 24, of Meriden, was arrested March 31 on four counts of criminal violation of restraining order and one count of second-degree failure to appear. He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 2.

Geovanni Nunez-Guerra, 18, of Meriden, was arrested April 2 on charges of interfering with officer/resisting, possession of controlled substance – first offense, disobeying signal of officer, operating unregistered motor vehicle, operating without a license, evading responsibility – physical injury, reckless driving and improper use – marker/license/registration. He was released on a promise to appear in court on May 6.

Luis A. Borja, 29, of Meriden, was arrested April 3 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of June 1.

Zachary M. Tyler, 18, of Wallingford, was arrested April 4 on a charge of carrying a dangerous weapon. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of May 9.

Victoria Harman, 28, of Windsor, was arrested April 4 on a charge of violation of protective order. She was released after posting a $15,000 bond with a court date of May 18.

Christian R. Pease, 31, of Windsor, was arrested April 4 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $15,000 bond.
