Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Errol M. Warner, 60, of Wallingford, was arrested May 27 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol and failure to wear safety belt. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of July 8, according to state judicial records.

Jeremy J. Herrera, 32, of Wallingford, was arrested May 27 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol, improper use of marker/license/registration and failure to renew registration. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of July 22.

Sandra Valcarcel, 66, of East Haven, was arrested May 30 on charges of risk of injury to child, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Aug. 4.

Rafael E. Tapia, 51, of Waterbury, was arrested May 31 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 6.

Conor K. Walsh, 41, of Wallingford, was arrested June 1 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and interfering with officer/resisting. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of July 13.

Jack H. Goodman, 33, of Wallingford, was arrested June 1 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 8.

Arthur C. Flejszar, 28, of Meriden, was arrested June 1 on charges of fourth-degree criminal mischief, failure to drive in proper lane and evading responsibility – injury/property damage. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 8.

Tate H. Lohrs, 21, of Wallingford, was arrested June 3 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, second-degree criminal mischief and first-degree violating conditions of release. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Aug. 3.

Amanda R. Trentacosti, 21, of Wallingford, was arrested June 3 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and second-degree criminal mischief. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 11.

Devona S. Royal, 32, of New Haven, was arrested June 3 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on July 12.

Louis Cunha, 56, of Wallingford, was arrested June 3 on a charge of interfering with officer/resisting. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 26.

Frank Rivera, 29, of Meriden, was arrested June 3 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 18.

Ashley Donnelly, 33, of Wallingford, was arrested June 3 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on July 8.

Eliud Gonzalez, 46, of Wallingford, was arrested June 3 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 19.

Elvis Rivera, 44, of Wallingford, was arrested June 3 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 8.

Nicole K. Rivera, 42, of Wallingford, was arrested June 3 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on July 8.
