Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Mahki Romeo Harris, 23, of Meriden, was arrested July 1 on charges of risk of injury to child, third-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 8, according to state judicial records.
Kristal Rios, 21, of Meriden, was arrested July 1 on charges of risk of injury to child, third-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 8.

Dawn Caruso, 41, of Hamden, was arrested July 1 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 12.
Colin J. Pence, 28, of Wallingford, was arrested July 1 on two counts of disorderly conduct and one count of interfering with an emergency call. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 16.

Devin Dean Banks, 48, of Wallingford, was arrested July 1 on charges of third-degree assault, second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 7.
Francisco J. Ramirez-Aguirre, 33, of Wallingford, was arrested July 1 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 8. He was also arrested July 2 on two counts of risk of injury to child and one count each of second-degree breach of peace, violation of protective order, third-degree assault – victim elderly or other, and interfering with an emergency call. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 8.
Nicole M. Johnson, 35, of Wallingford, was arrested July 2 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 11.
Taylor Marie Conlon, 31, of Wallingford, was arrested July 2 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive upon right and evading responsibility – injury/property damage. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Sept. 16.
Michele Valentino, 42, of Wallingford, was arrested July 3 on a charge of violation of protective order. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 25.
Franklin Granizo-Silva, 34, of Wallingford, was arrested July 3 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 26.
Brett Perkins, 50, of Wallingford, was arrested July 4 on charges of risk of injury to child and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 8.
Curtis P. Huizenga, 65, of Wallingford, was arrested July 5 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 8.
Paul R. Glynn, 54, of Wallingford, was arrested July 7 on charges of first-degree threatening, second-degree reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $100,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 6.
Brandon P. Scozzari, 30, of Meriden, was arrested July 7 on charges of third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief. He was being held in lieu of a $25,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 7.
Jachi C. Agosto, 23, of Hamden, was arrested July 8 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 12.
