Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Dante L. Maury, 26, of Meriden, was arrested July 21 on charges of third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 22, according to state judicial records.

John C. Magoveny, 54, of Wallingford, was arrested July 22 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 12.

Cristian Gutierrez, 27, of Meriden, was arrested July 22 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and speeding. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Oct. 19.

Mark Lombardi, 37, of Wallingford, was arrested July 24 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive upon right. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Sept. 9.

Jayme W. Lomento, 21, of Wallingford, was arrested July 25 on charges of third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 6.

Alysha Shulick, 31, of East Haven, was arrested July 26 on charges of drinking while driving and operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Sept. 20.

Donesha L. Yopp, 37, of New Haven, was arrested July 27 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and criminal impersonation. She was being held in lieu of a $500 bond with a court date of Sept. 2.

John J. Ferraro, 45, of Wallingford, was arrested July 29 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 19.

Joseph Carangelo, 62, of Meriden, was arrested July 29 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Sept. 9.

Donald Dunn, 59, of Cheshire, was arrested July 29 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 9.

Charles P. Smith, 33, of West Haven, was arrested July 30 on two counts of first-degree reckless endangerment, two counts of second-degree breach of peace and one count each of illegal possession of weapon in motor vehicle and third-degree assault. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Sept. 15.

Michelle Rothstein, 44, of Durham, was arrested July 30 on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 12.

Maxx M. Frisco, 29, of Wallingford, was arrested July 31 on two counts of assault of public safety/EMT/transt/health officer. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Sept. 22.
