Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Syann Smith, 24, of Lincoln Street, Meriden, was arrested Dec. 4 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 18, according to state judicial records.
Michael S. Miner, 36, of Ernest Street, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 4 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an emergency call. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 25.

Patricia A. Downey, 52, of Kingsland Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 5 on a charge of third-degree criminal mischief. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 14.
Anthony C. Basilicato, 32, of Meadow Street, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 5 on charges of first-degree unlawful restraint, violation of protective order and second-degree breach of peace. He was being held in lieu of a $25,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 24.

Jemar Diaz-Perez, 26, of Russo Terrace, New Haven, was arrested Dec. 5 on charges of interfering with officer/resisting, engaging police in pursuit, improper use – marker/license/registration and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 18.
Alphonza A. Howard, 45, of East Pearl Street, New Haven, was arrested Dec. 7 on five counts each of second-degree harassment and violation of protective order. He was being held in lieu of bonds totaling $45,000 with a court date of Jan. 7.
Adam Kaminski, 34, of Blodgett Roy Drive, New Britain, was arrested Dec. 7 on a charge of first-degree criminal trespass. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 14.
Hector M. Lopez, 42, of Bronx, New York, was arrested Dec. 9 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and illegal possession of narcotic. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 20.
Michael Acosta, 43, of Bronx, New York, was arrested Dec. 9 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 20.
Johnson Van Ruperti, 27, of Staffordshire Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 10 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 1.
Shaheem A. Street, 30, of Welton Street, New Haven, was arrested Dec. 10 on charges of risk of injury to child, second-degree breach of peace, and interfering with an emergency call. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 26.
Donald E. Daluz, 49, of Gilbert Avenue, Hamden, was arrested Dec. 10 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 21.
Erika R. Marino, 22, of Simpson Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 10 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 17.
