Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Maxwell M. Bonfiglio, 25, of Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 6 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Nov. 17, according to state judicial records.

Deborah L. Luzey, 52, of Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 7 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 18.

Adam R. Valenti, 52, of Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 7 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 18.

Sheila M. Mendez, 28, of New Haven, was arrested Oct. 8 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 6.

Natalie L. Husted, 28, of Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 8 on charges of violation of protective order and disorderly conduct. She was being held in lieu of a $100 bond with a court date of Dec. 5.

Joshua L. Gay, 32, of Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 9 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 2.

Giovanni Class, 29, of Bronx, New York, was arrested Oct. 10 on charges of robbery by carjacking and second-degree breach of peace. He was being held in lieu of a $15,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 9.

Robert J. Wojciechowski, 43, of Hamden, was arrested Oct. 11 on charges of fourth-degree larceny, improper use – marker/license/registration, operating motor vehicle without insurance and failure to renew registration. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 27.

Paul Lawrence, 44, of Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 12 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, and was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 16.

Richard A. Peschell, 54, of West Haven, was arrested Oct. 14 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Nov. 3.

Ivan Z. Jutasy, 20, of Meriden, was arrested Oct. 15 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 21.
