Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Dudley C. Barkalow, 57, of West Haven, was arrested Oct. 27 on two counts of sixth-degree larceny and one count of second-degree criminal mischief. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Dec. 8, according to state judicial records.
Anthony C. Basilicato, 33, of Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 28 on a charge of criminal attempt to commit violation of restraining order. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 12.

Thomas M. Wagner, 45, of Hamden, was arrested Oct. 29 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 8.
Jodie L. Mesite, 46, of Wallingford, was arrested Oct. 29 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and simple trespass. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 8.

Colin J. Pence, 28, of Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 2 on two counts each of second-degree breach of peace, violation of protective order, second-degree assault – victim elderly or other, second-degree threatening and interfering with an emergency call. He was being held in lieu of a $50,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 8.
Michael T. Honer, 34, of Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 5 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond and a re-arrest order was issued Nov. 7.
Cameron S. Afanador, 20, of Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 5 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, violation of protective order, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening and third-degree strangulation/suffocation. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 5.
William Bailey, 34, of Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 5 on charges of drinking while driving and disobeying signal of officer. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 16.
Sean J. Pareti, 54, of Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 5 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Dec. 13.
Evan M. Grant, 19, of Hamden, was arrested Nov. 5 on charges of fifth-degree larceny and third-degree forgery. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 21.
Theresa M. Davitt, 59, of New Haven, was arrested Nov. 6 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and simple trespass. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 19.
Joseph M. DeMartino, 37, of Middletown, was arrested Nov. 6 on charges of reckless driving and operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 10.
