Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Thomas P. Donovan, 42, of East Haven, was arrested Nov. 7 on charges of sixth-degree larceny, second-degree breach of peace, possession of controlled substance – first offense, use of drug paraphernalia, operating unregistered motor vehicle, operating without insurance and improper use – marker/license/registration. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 9, according to state judicial records.

Allison L. Perry, 36, of West Haven, was arrested Nov. 7 on charges of fourth-degree larceny and first-degree criminal trespass. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 11.

Ryan M. Carafeno, 27, of East Haven, was arrested Nov. 8 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 20.

Sydney L. Piekarz, 26, of Branford, was arrested Nov. 8 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 20.

Ryan M. Aldrich, 46, of Middletown, was arrested Nov. 8 on a charge of second-degree harassment. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 12.

Quan K. Terry, 32, of Winchester, was arrested Nov. 9 on a charge of third-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Dec. 21.

Patrick J. McGovern, 31, of Cheshire, was arrested Nov. 10 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 16.

Gilberto E. Martinez, 28, of Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 10 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to have headlamps. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 16.

Alan Bello-Tlapalcoyoa, 27, of New Haven, was arrested Nov. 11 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 14.

Maria A. Rodriguez, 62, of New York, was arrested Nov. 12 on a charge of third-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 22.

Ismael Rojas-Sanchez, 42, of West Haven, was arrested Nov. 12 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and operating under suspension. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 6.

Angela G. Lobton, 58, of New York, was arrested Nov. 12 on a charge of third-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 22.

Gissela Ortega, 31, of New York, was arrested Nov. 12 on a charge of third-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 22.

Alexandria Ramirez, 26, of New York, was arrested Nov. 12 on a charge of third-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 22.

Cynthia A. Calello, 54, of Meriden, was arrested Nov. 12 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Dec. 22.

Kyle Marsette, 30, of Ansonia, was arrested Nov. 13 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 20.

Daniel R. Hansell, 60, of Wallingford, was arrested Nov. 13 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, operating motor vehicle under suspension, operating unregistered vehicle, operating without insurance and improper use - marker/license/registration. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 22.
