Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Todd A. Chappel, 49, of New Britain, was arrested Dec. 8 on a charge of fourth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 19, according to state judicial records.
Paul T. Barillaro, 56, of Meriden, was arrested Dec. 9 on charges of third-degree forgery and criminal attempt at third-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 12.

Trevor Negron, 22, of Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 10 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an emergency call. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 16.
David Taranto, 29, of Monroe, was arrested Dec. 10 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and driving wrong way – one-way street. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 8.

Arthur A. Asarisi, 34, of Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 11 on a charge of second-degree threatening. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 20.
John L. Anderson, 43, of Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 14 on a charge of third-degree criminal mischief. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 9.
Nicole Petersen, 35, of Meriden, was arrested Dec. 15 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 23.
Joseph Bracale, 25, of Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 16 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, and traveling too fast for conditions. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 18.
Alphonza A. Howard, 46, of New Haven, was arrested Dec. 19 on five counts of violation of protective order and one count each of risk of injury to child, sixth-degree larceny, and disorderly conduct. He was being held in lieu of a $75,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 30.
Edwin R. Rivera, 25, of Waterbury, was arrested Dec. 21 on charges of third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 1.
