Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Rogelio Sanchez-Munoz, 37, of Meriden, was arrested Dec. 22 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive upon right. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 2, according to state judicial records.

Joseph D. Massa, 32, of Meriden, was arrested Dec. 26 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 16.

Luciano Iannaccone, 47, of North Haven, was arrested Dec. 27 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, operating under suspension, operating unregistered motor vehicle, operating without license and operating without insurance. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 23.

Jermaine T. Williams, 42, of Middletown, was arrested Dec. 28 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 7.

James G. Garvin, 33, of Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 29 on charges of interfering with officer/resisting, engaging police in pursuit, operating motor vehicle under suspension, operating unregistered motor vehicle, reckless driving, traveling unreasonably fast, operating without insurance, violation of readable/lost plate requirements and improper use – marker/license/registration. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of March 7.

Jeffrey L. Belomizi, 38, of Northford, was arrested Jan. 2 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, use of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substance – first offense. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 22.

Tyler J. Gianotti, 34, of Meriden, was arrested Jan. 5 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to reinstate license after 60 days. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 19.

Matthew J. Verrilli, 19, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 6 on charges of third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 16.

Ryan M. Aldrich, 46, of Middletown, was arrested Jan. 6 on six counts each of violation of protective order and second-degree harassment. He was released after posting a $15,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 23.

David Woronick, 47, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 7 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and following too close. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 14.
