WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Sharif Jackson, 43, of New Britain, was arrested Jan. 11 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 22, according to state judicial records.

Jonathan P. Garcia, 40, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 11 on two counts of assault on a public safety/EMT/ Transt/Health officer. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 2.

Maxx M. Frisco, 30, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 12 on two counts of first-degree threatening and one count each of first-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree arson, reckless burning and interfering with officer/resisting. He was being held in lieu of a $75,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 17. He was also charged in a separate case with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was being held in lieu of a $5,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 17 on those charges.

James J. Palumbo, 63, of Hamden, was arrested Jan. 12 on charges of criminal impersonation, interfering with officer/resisting, operating vehicle without a license and failure to wear safety belt. He was being held in lieu of a $1,000 bond with a court date of March 3.

Christopher J. Savage, 37, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 13 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 24.

Kandi-Marie A. Cole, 34, of Maine, was arrested Jan. 14 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 23.

Brad R. Maynard, 35, of Maine, was arrested Jan. 14 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 23.

Amberlyn R. Mclean, 24, of Stamford, was arrested Jan. 14 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 23.

Miguel A. Vila, 25, of Stamford, was arrested Jan. 14 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 23.

Gina K. Spada, 48, of Meriden, was arrested Jan. 14 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on March 27.

Romel M. Gutierrez-Cardenas, 43, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 14 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 21.

Shawn Velsor, 47, of Berlin, was arrested Jan. 15 on a charge of second-degree criminal damage property. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 27.

April Velsor, 43, of Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 16 on a charge of second-degree criminal damage property. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 27.

Asheek Yusuf, 49, of Torrington, was arrested Jan. 16 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 27.
